What are retreats in the Babaji tradition?
Retreats are times of intensive practice based on Truth, Simplicity and Love. Each day includes meditation, japa (Om Namah Shivaya), communal work, and Havan and Aarti ceremonies.

How to prepare
Bring comfortable clothes, a sleeping bag, a mat, and outdoor shoes. We provide simple vegetarian meals. Retreats are supported by voluntary donations — see donations.
